Billed monthly in arrears against actual LMS enrollment. No upfront purchase order, no annual commitment, and no fee for months when the course is not in session.

Each month we read the actual number of enrolled students from your LMS and bill that month's usage. You are not charged for seats nobody used.
No fee accrues for a calendar month in which the licensed course is not in session.
Prices exclude tax. Applicable sales or use tax is added at invoicing. We accept a valid tax-exemption certificate from public institutions.
By card through Stripe, or by invoice on net-30 terms for institutions that require a purchase order.
These rates are fixed through December 31, 2026. Any later change takes effect only for courses not then in session, with 60 days' notice.
Pilots can be ended at the close of a billing month. On termination we return or delete your student data within 60 days.
